Forum: Best practices and building organization systems.

On August 23-24, Meopta hosted a forum on Best practices and building organization systems. The Forum was presented in cooperation with the Center for Industrial Engineering.

The forum focused on the following questions:

• Bata, Toyota, Kyocera – How can companies be inspired?
• Is it better to copy best practices or build your own organization system?
  
• How to join operative productivity with the strategic performance?
  
• How to build competitive advantage in production, innovation and product development?

As part of the forum, participant’s toured the mechanical production facilities at Meopta - optika production.
