Within the framework of pilot production Meopta’s skilled team works to prepare customized production processes to manufacture a new product. During this stage, the ERP system is data loaded and production technologies and tools, including testing and verifying devices, are prepared for the initial production run. Before production begins, vendors are carefully selected and a supply chain management strategy is established. During the initial production run, processes are closely monitored and evaluated to ensure maximum quality and efficiency. Once the pilot production run is complete and the customer approves the initial batch, serial production can begin.
