Meopta introduces its new Code of Conduct

Meopta s.r.o. presents its new Code of Conduct, expressing the company’s commitment to responsible, fair, and transparent behavior.

The Code is built upon the values that form the foundation of Meopta’s ongoing transformation. It serves as a guide in situations where decisions are not always straightforward, helping all employees act with integrity and respect.

The new Code of Conduct establishes a shared framework for behavior in both professional and business relationships. It focuses in particular on:

• a fair and safe working environment,

• transparency and zero tolerance for corruption,

• responsible treatment of people, data, and the environment.

The Code is more than just a document. It reflects the company culture we are building together at Meopta – every day, through our decisions and actions.
