Whistleblowing

In accordance with the requirements of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers ("the Act"), Meopta - optika, s.r.o. has implemented an internal whistleblowing system that provides protection to individuals reporting unlawful conduct in accordance with this law.

A notification of potential unlawful conduct containing all the statutory requirements can be submitted electronically to the email address whistleblowing@meopta.com or by post to Kabelíkova 2682/1, 75002 Přerov, with the envelope clearly marked with the password "WHISTLEBLOWING."

Notifications may also be submitted through the whistleblowing system of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.

The company does not exclude the acceptance of notifications from persons other than those listed under § 2 para. 3 letters a), b), h), or i) of the Act.
